How about your promotion job for me done in August? Articles were rejected by ezinearticles, you promised to change the articles, but I still have not action from your side.

 

This has only been posted because he requested it.

THIS IS NOT AN ATTACK ON JUSTIN JUST A STATEMENT HE HAS ASKED ME TO MAKE

For the record we came to a resolution that he will write articles that will be able to be published in ezinearticle since he was no good at sales copies. When i recieved the articles I tried to publish one of them to see if they were up to editorial guidelines.

It was denied because

MUST HAVE proper English, spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure.

In other words he sent me a bunch of crap articles that might of sounded good to a person who does not know english. Another reason why i cannot use anything he has produced. i have had hired a new person to write my homepages and they are finsihed already. So i'm not using his junk. SO....

I'm Seeking a refund!

he has since threaten me with copyright charges if i recieve a refund. I have not used any of the work i did not pay for and i definately will not be using any of the articles he has sent me as they are unusable like the rest of his work.

Justin you can retain your rights to your unusable work.

I honestly do not believe that. That article is no different than any of the thousands of others that I have submitted there or my clients have submitted there. Never has an article been denied for that reason. BTW, there is a typo in your title. I'd fix that and try again.

And I'm not threatening; I will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow.
