Justin i have been waiting 4 days now for my revisions you said you will have done in 24hrs.. since the last email you have not responded to me.. what is going on.. I see you are taking more work on and you have not finished my work and you have even shorted me 6000words on the 20000 words i purchased...

I dont know what type of operation you are running here.. but i have been waiting for over a month now for you to finish the work i had asked for.. and you cant seem to get it done. please refund me for the 6000words you cant seem to do right and complete. So we can end this hell of a transaction. Is that to much to ask.. I have sent you clear instructions time after time and you still cant seem to follow them .

So please refund me my $90.00 for the 6000 words out of the 20000words you did not do for me..

You even charged me for work i never asked for, which i refuse to have that counted against my word count. Which is unethichal that you charged me for it.

he charged me for work that he did because he started my work 2 weeks late and never looked over the original PM where we discussed the pages i had asked for. Then he blames me saying that my instructions were not clear enough and i will have to pay for the pages that he did in error.

I asked him if my instructions were not clear why did younot clarify with me before you started. His said it counts against your words.

Is this professional? I think not..

So please if you have any type ethics you will not charge me for work i did not ask for.

This has been going on longer then a month now and i still cant get my homepages for my sites done properly..YES FOLKS OVER a MONTH!!!

Please just give me a partial refund that i asked for.. To drag this on any further will just be more headaches for me and you. And i know you are not going to give me quality work after all this... I can tell by your lack of passion when you did the work after i complained the first time..

Another 2 days go by no word or communication. Justin must be the worst communicator in the world.

All i asked is for a partial refund.. If i have to go to my credit card company and complain they will reverse the whole charge in a heartbeat. I'm trying to be fair.. So please refund me the $90/6000words. So we can end this nightmare of a transaction.

You are wrong and you know it.. you cheated me out of 6000 words out of 20000 words.. and you did not do the work as we agreed on. And when you did the revisions you did not follow the instructions.. you did part of them and ignored the rest.. SO thast why you say you have done it 5 times which in reality you still have not done it as we had asked. So we had to keep sending it back. If you had paid $300 for work you will at least like it done as you requested and what was agreed on. So please get your facts straight..

Why do you want me to take it to PM so you can cover up what you have put me through. I have tried being nice and doing the pm thing.. if we had resolved this issue i will not be in the thread. by the way Paypal denied my claim because i made a mistake and put intangible good.If i had put tangible good they will have fought my claim..

Watch i have emails to prove that i sent you detail instructions on how to revise the work which you did not do. You just did not decide to read it properly and do the proper revisions..

If you had only done it right the first,second.third,fourth... times i will not have to ask you to do it again a fifth time as you never followed the detailed intructions i had originally sent. I dont see how you can hold me accountable for your lack of following instructions.
As for telling me i just sent you 2 urls.. that is bull.. i sent you exactly what pages i wanted you to do and the urls; but because you took so long to start you forgot what i had asked you for and did what ever you wanted.. You did not even check in the pms to see what i hadasked for.

i wanted a sales copy for my website and specific pages.. and what does he do because he forgot what i asked for ; he does the contact us, about us pages, privacy policy page etc..

helllo.. what is that going to sell.. why willi want those pages done? but the worst part he then used blocks of my content and added in a few words and charged me for it..

Then he has the nerve to tell me i never told him what i wanted.. and that i have to take what he gives me..

Watch if something is not clear you should have communicated with me and asked me before you did work i did not ask for.

Dont do something i never requested and tell me tough luck.. and count that against my word count.

You are really not a fair person to do business with. Which is so evident in this transaction. you:

1. Charged me for work i never requested
2. used unchanged blocks of my content and charge me for it.
3. Asked me for clear instructions for revisions and never followed them
4. sent me revisions with nothing changed
5. said this will be done in 3 days.. its now been 2 months.
6. no communication while he was not finsihed my work ( 3 weeks)
7. no communication when it was time to do revisions to keep me updated.
8. very hard person to work with
9. will not take any responsibility for his errors
10. not provide good customer service.
11. does not care about your time
12. truly does not care about his customers just their money
13. what was his comments.. take me to court

Justin I'm not letting this go as i have spent $300 and a lot of time dealing with your shaddy dealings.

I dont understand how you can expect anyone to walk away when they have been taking advantage of.

It is plain and simple you did part of the work i asked and the other part you still owe me for...Incomplete work..

So please just either do the work properly or give me a refund.
