The auction is still open!

The prospective buyer had a misunderstanding about the BIN price being the actual BIN price and not a lower BIN price offered in a PM that I didn't respond to. No hard feelings Kevin, you can still bid but the BIN is the price listed.

The seller I think has maybe got confused by this, we agree a buying price for the site which was the maximum I am prepared to offer, but the seller thinks I will make a bid for that amount without any guarantee that I would win the auction, in other words to drive the selling price up.....sorry I do not work that way, if I agree a buying price with the seller, that is the price we mutually agree for the sale / purchase of the site, it is not merely a launchpad for the seller to receive higher bids.

I am still interested in this site, but only under the agreed terms negotiated earlier.

Kevin, you either don't know how auctions work or your trying to manipulate me into selling for a price that I didn't agree to. My hand won't be forced, if I wanted to make the reserve price the BIN price I would have done that.
