Win7tools.com is a 3 years old domain bought from Godaddy. The website is open since March 2010. I installed wordpress, Arras theme and made good SEO. While it has no backlinks showing in alexa, it is on 33rd position on Google when you search for "windows 7 tools".

I earned about $6 from adsense and $40-45 from software sales in three months period. You should know that you should write as much as software related articles to make revenue from this website.

I am selling the website and 3 months text link advertisement on one of my popular Windows 7 websites (worths $60). It will be a good start for you. I didn't add it to any directories and search engines. Google spidered it and i don't know others.
