High profit, niche templates web site for sale.

It is with great reluctance that we have decided to put our web site business up for auction. We have worked very hard on this project since its inception in November, unfortunately both founders have been tempted away with long term projects, which leaves this web site without a focused owner.

This site is a specialized web site template store, selling templates for an up and coming web design application call Xsitepro. Our site sells a collection of web sites, either as singles or in packs, these are provided in a downloadable form to our customers. We have also added ebooks, which we have rights to resale.

In total, we have 180 products. We do try and add new products regularly and are approached by digital rights owners often.

Clearly margins are very good. We also provide a number of web sites on an ad-hoc basis. This work is outsourced, full details will be provided to the winning bidder. Currently I believe that are prices are too competitive in many areas, so there is massive scope to increase revenues.

We do not advertise this site in any way. Almost all traffic arrives from search engines and signatures in forum links. Goodle Adword keywords for this area are not very competitive so can be used to drive even more customers.

The site is based upon a Cubecart shell. We have tinkered with it to make sure it is secure, the license for Cubecart is transferable for free. We also have the following pieces of software included in this sale.

We have actually looked at several different programs and found that it was difficult to find a solid affiliate program that would integrate with Cubecart. Terms of trade

The winning bidder will be responsible for the transfer of this site to their own provider. The site is roughly 110 Mb in size.

This site will also be advertised elsewhere, and most likely will include eBay, later on this evening. Our objective is to get as close as possible to 10 times revenue based upon the figures for March so far.
