Looking at the value of a backlink, I see sites that have a high (PR5 and up) homepage but every other page throughout the site is grey-bar. What does that indicate?

    thanks

it indicate that's its probably a dropped domain, if the owner is advertising it as a real pr5, then he is a scammer.

That is possible that the domain is dropped. Imagine only the home page has a PR of 5.

It could be possible that the site is INCREDIBLY unspiderable, but that would be a very rare case.
