    Yeah it depends on a lot more than the PR. The PR is not even a major issue as it does not mean much now days.

    its depends upon how much is of value you have made domain, if its for hot topics then you can get higher bucks but if your domain is not related to hot topics then you will get less, if you can PM me the domain name then i can give you an idea

    Check the domain PR validity. There are a few sellers fake their page rank. It can be done easily, just google it. As for the value, I suggest you can run a bidding contest over BST>Domain section http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=59

    My guess is that it will be around $30-$50
