high PR do-follow marketing/webmaster forums

    is there a site somehwere where it has a huge list of high quality, high pr marketing / webmaster forums? Like i have found lots of forums but they arn't much of quality and would be pretty much useless. Does anyone have a list of like 30 high pr forums about marketing or business , webmaster , seo , ... stuff like that.

    another questions.. how many forums are you active in for creating backlinks?
