High Potential Business Site

Hello,

I own a website that I've worked on, bit by bit for a couple years. It is a very unique service that sells 1 membership for full access to every tool and resource on the site, in 3m, 6m, and 1year memberships. All automated.

I have yet to "officially" launch it. The most I've done was submitting the custom toolbar to download sites, and a couple links. I only wanted to get the marketing ball rolling untill I was ready to launch the site. Anyhow, I still haven't really launched it. I've just had to much going on. However, it has been picked up by SE's and it's actually doing really good. It generates ad income, and it has sold almost two dozen memberships, plus sitting on PR 4/3, all from "just so happens" traffic. I was going to sell it, but now I'm ready to launch it.

The site is awesome. Full of original concepts, tools, and and resources. The combination is yet to be matched. So, I am looking to partner up with someone who is serious, and knows what they're doing. The right person would be another experienced webmaster. I need someone to help market, fine tune and manage this site with me.
