* The site is good for those who are able to spend some time and money to make it really good. Believe me, I still get people mailing me for advices on there boating equipments

Honestly the adsense revenue is too less imo as I never worked on the traffic part of the site. It can easily make $15/day within two months if properly managed and taken care of.

BIN - $800 (Why 15x times revenue ? becasue the site is no way near its full revenue potential. Those who are in the business knows what I am talking about.) There is plenty of opportunity to make money from it and to make a authority site.

from where did you get the dealers list ?

 

I was having a complete database of Boat Dealers of USA. Though you can always add the new boat dealers in the database, I don't think it ever be required. A better option will be to have a classified section of Boat Dealers, let them themselve advertise about there services for a small fees or for free.

In the blog, I have written many unique articles.

Also I had bought a unique database of Boating articles. Before buying, I had tested a sample of that database articles including boating news and found no duplicate copies of it in Google. You are also welcome to check it.

As far as articles Directory section is concerned, I was looking to make it an user sumitted article directory on boating. I copied some ezine articles into it but it was too much of a hassle so removed them. Right now, two things can be done with it. Either hire a freelancer who can copy/paste boating articles in the directory to give it a start. Seond and better option is to feed content of articlemarketer in proper category. I mean, all the articles that are submitted in boating category of articlemarketer can be brought into our site by simple coding. So the article directory will automatically get populated.

As far as Admin Panel is concerned, it was indeed a mistake to not to have a admin panel for adding/deleting boating dealers. At that time, this thing was not in my mind as I was not looking to manually add/delete a database of more than 5k dealers. Even now I feels it's complete.
