High Potential 5 month old Mortgage site

I am looking to sell my 5 month old site http://www.mortgagebrokersworld.com

The site is well indexed with around 500+ pages and have excellent search engine friendly url's like http://www.mortgagebrokersworld.com/state/mortgage-broker-Arkansas.php or http://www.mortgagebrokersworld.com/state/mortgage-broker-Florida.php which are keyphrases and get lot's of traffc.

The site covers all such keyphrases of all states,counties and cities of USA. I don't have any idea but total no. of pages of the site will be around 5000. With few backlinks, you can easily get all pages indexed. With the site, you will also be getting a Mortgage Blog

I had great plans with the site but due to other commitments I could never concentrate on the site. I am selling the site because right now I need money. The site has little traffic and very little revenue but than I am not selling it on those points anyway.

Who should Buy this site -
Someone who is looking to get a well establised and old mortgage site to avoid google sandbox. The site already has a database of more than 5k+ US mortgage brokers info and the site can be easily built as a rerouce site for mortgage brokers of US.

I will be even fine at reserve BIN of $150. Below that I will be in losses. So in short people can get the site for $150

 

So is there actually any SE traffic to the site, or is it just "potential"?

Unfortunately there is very little traffic. Last month got 119 uniques . As I said that I never worked on the site so can't complain. The rest is on you.

 

Guys, I have two ppl who have bidded on $150 and one on $175 but the highest one may not be able to continue (I am still waiting for his reply) due to mode of payment. If anyone backs off, I will talk in the oder of the highest to lowest bidder.
