I saw many folks recommended the ebook "HIGH PERFORMANCE AFFILIATE MARKETING" by Jeremy Palmer however I see he's no longer offering it on his site. I was interested in reading it....any idea how I can buy, rent, 'borrow' a copy? I would appreciate the help. Trying to read as much as possible on the subject of Affiliate Marketing so I have at least a good base of knowledge before jumping into the arena. Any other recommendations would be great as well.
