    Find Real estate niche, Insurance as they are having very good ecpm Try Google keyword estimator to know the eCPM of a particular keyword

    Open this link https://adwords.google.com/select/TrafficEstimatorSandbox and enter your keyword, choose the india from country list, choose currency if you want as INR and press continue, they will show you average eCPM of your keyword with some other information.
