High Paying Keywords and adsense tricks

It looks like MFA (Made for Adsense) site..
If you right click at the link in the site, you'll see the link is the google adsense ads link..

 

I make around $XXX/day from the "Loan" niche so I am at least 90% sure that other "Loan" webmasters are making about the same amount of revenue too.
and That's considered as a high paying keyword I am pretty sure.

Very often when you see top paying keyword, you can start thinking that the price given in the stat is real to what you get. But Google gets the stat from the bids of advertisers. There can no problems with this, but advertisers very often are using a so-called "bully technique" of advertising using adwords.

What does it mean? Well, to get more clicks, better CTR etc. the advertiser can set its bids higher than others. For example if the normal bid is $5, he will bid $10. As a result Google will show his adwords more often to get maxim profit from this advertiser. But at the same time the CTR of such adword will grow higher and higher, and according to adwords policy Google will reduce the cost per click for this adword as it has very good CTR, like a bonus to advertiser that he has created such a good adword

So in a result the price for this adword will be reduced by Google itself from stated $10 to, for example, $4.5. BUT you would never know it and his competitors too. They will only see that this advertiser is ready to pay/paying $10 per click and that's to much for them and they cannot afford it.

How do we know about copied contents in websites?

 

If i say about keyword research tools, i think semrush is one of the best ones - i use it for a long time and glad with the results. Have you ever tried it? Maybe your opinion will be different, it will be nice to know it.

The site is gone now for good lol. All the good feeling has now blown away just like that

 

Making a living on absence alone is very difficult especially for a newbie these days because the adsence gold is outdated and gone. However making money with these sites is still achievable, but how many sites you think you will need if only one makes 20-80 bucks a month. Think about it.

 

The most popular keywords usually have high competition just avoid them just search for LOW one.
