high paying adsense keywords

    i have seen a high paying adsense keyword "register internet name "that gives 12.86$ per click if i optimize that keyword for my website do i get 12.86$per click.

    No you don't , this depends on the ads. I wouldn't base a whole site on these "high paying keywords"
