High Level Domain Sale on Ebay -- Need Help

Hi, I am preparing to launch a monster of a domain onto Ebay. When I say monster, I'm talking about a domain that might fetch into the high tens of thousands or even into the hundreds of thousands, considering a name like "ultimateguitar" went for over 100K last week. I feel mine is worth alot more.

The reason why I am selling it on Ebay is because I have been preparing and developing a marketing plan for a few months that will involve:
    1) a homepage featured listing.
    2) a major press release, right when its listed.
    3) there will be no reserve, someone will win it!

Sorry I can't mention the name right now, but the timing is right for me to put it up in the next week or so. Here is my questions that I need help with:

    1) Starting Price? Should I start a massive bidding war and start it at 99 cents...or what should I start it at? Please keep in mind this, I have had more than one $5000 offers. In fact, I will even email these people the link once the auction starts? I was told before that starting an auction at 99cents is the best way to generate large attention and a bidding war.

    2) I need some seller protection, I can't just accept paypal. Suppose there is a chargeback or they are claiming the domain wasn't transfered to them when it was? What about Ebay fees if the transfer doesn't go though? Has anyone heard of Escrow.com, is this what I should do? OR should I just list it regularily to pay though Paypal.

Please help answering these questions regarding the starting price and seller protection. I have a feeling that I will make it onto the DNJournal.com domain sale list. Why do I have this feeling? Well i have been buying and reselling domain names for over 4 years now and I have a good feel for the market. I will let everyone know when this is up.

I've used escrow.com. They are pretty good.

Escrow.com is fine we used it hundrends of times for the domains we sell
Sedo.com escrow is also good (a bit more expensive but more secure too)

If you're sure you can give the right publicity start low else start with a safe number or reserve

Hi, now I found out that escrow.com limit is $5000 to be protected when selling a domain name. I am pretty sure that my name will get higher than that! The only other option that I can think of is the Domain Name Aftermarket.
so now I have to decide between Ebay and Domain Name Aftermarket?

    What would you do?

I know ultimateguitar sold for a lot but just because one name sells doesn't mean similar names have any more value, it takes a buyer with that level of interest and willingness to buy to actually make a sale that big. If you feel your domain really does have that level of value try contacting sedo about having them list it for auction there, could get more visiblity from domain buyers.
