Not trying to trash your thread but I sincerely doubt that the other site is copying yours.

For starters their site was registered in January of 2006, yours wasn't registered until Jun of the same year.

But then there is the internet Archives. Wow-Dupe.com's earliest entry is April of 2006:

Wowdupezone.com does not appear until August of 2006:

and when it appears it is an exact replica at that time.

Then there is Copy Scape which shows that the two sites are not just identical to each other, but to another site:

this site seems to have changed it's appearance since, but it was the youngest of the three being registered in December of 2006.

All in all I'd say that this was most likely a package sold to some people or a single developer that sold a handful of sites.

You readily admit that the cheat is not unique, so i am fairly confident in my above summation.


Also of note: The one site that changed it's theme recently matches the other 7 sites content, layout etc..

Imho who cares who was first out of those two? As far as I can see the site is not being sold as the first one or one and only unique web making money from this exploit.

Now don't get me wrong, I am not saying that I deem any of those site are "morally correct" but hey there are people out here selling much worse stuff than this.

Of course is always upto the buyer to do his due diligence. As it stand now this site seems to be earning quite a decent amount of money and seems to offer pretty good value on the face of it. If/when this is going to change who knows? Who can predict the future?

Anyways the potential buyers needs to justify his/her purchase himself/herself.

 

agreed, just pointing out that his statement is false and that the site and software are both dupes.

if you think it's gonna make money go for it. just have all the facts first.
