High in Yahoo nowhere in Google

I'll admit that I'm new to all this. A year ago when I built a website for my fledgling company I naively thought that all I had to do was sit around and wait for the phone to ring.

A year later and I'm getting better. I've read a lot about SEO and I've been using Adwords for some time.

I've gotten to the point where if I do a search in Yahoo for my keywords I sometimes get as high as No. 3. In Google, however, it's a different story. I get nowhere and never have. I'm currently trying to get some backlinks but if anyone out there can find the time to take a look at my site and offer advice I'd be very grateful.

    Its: www.europatraining.co.uk.

    Many thanks in advance.

    What keywords are you targeting?

First thing you need to do is place your JavaScript and css code in an external file. Also you need to add text links for you navigation.

Excuse my ignorance but how do I do this?
