High Google Rankings, Low Yahoo/Bing?

I have managed to achieve page one position #2-#4 rankings for various moderate-high traffic keywords for one of my main websites in Google and many of it's national engines. My question is, while I have jumped up in Google rankings, my Yahoo and Bing rankings have remained the same, and in some cases, even decreased.

Can anyone offer some tips as to what I can implement to improve my rankings in the Yahoo engine. To give you an idea, I'm position 2 in google for a high traffic key phrase, yet I'm in the late 20's for the same keyword on Yahoo.

Lost and confused, any advice, or even explanation?

That's a pickle. Sometimes you hear it the other way around. High in Yahoo & Bing but low in Google. Here's a tip. Make sure your site is submitted in Yahoo's siteexplorer. If it's not create an account and do that. Also visit developer.yahoo.com and create a application ID. Make sure you have a Google .XML sitemap live and also available in your robots.txt file. Make sure Yahoo has your feeds submitted as well. Repeat the same steps for bing except the application ID. Bing allows you to submit individual URL's make sure you use this to the fullest. When I follow these steps my sites climb to the top in Yahoo & bing
