I've stumbled upon a way get very high DA (80-90) sites (actually own these pages, not just get links from them), but obviously as a new page the PA is 1. Is it worth my time to build up these pages to develop good link quality? Will backlinks build up PA faster on these pages because of the high DA, or will it be just like any site regardless of DA? I guess you could think of it as having a .tumblr or .wordpress site: not exactly passing on a lot of link juice despite the high DA. These are on university domains (not .edu though). Thoughts?
