    I do agree...

But what about 75% to 100% CTR ;) ---> Doesn't it mean its MFA with only one way to get out of the page (apart from closing the page :p) ?

High CTR will get you banned if you have thousands of visitors per day . Those with 1-2 visitors per day with high CTR have nothing to worry about .

As mentioned above it is possible, but normally you don't really have much to worry about.

    That's true.

As long as the clicks are valid AND converting for the advertisers you run no risk of getting banned.
However, your website will most likely get reviewed if it start getting above 15% CTR.

    That's actually a false statement.
It would be the other way around.

Google checks if your site is getting a steady flow of traffic, especially from search engines.
If you only get 1-2 visitors per day but still have a high CTR then you run a much higher risk of drawing attention to yourself.
If the AdSense team thinks you're up to something they might ban you.

A website with only a few visits per day that has a CTR that is unnatural will most likely get reviewed. And if
the clicks are not converting well for the advertisers then you're in danger of both getting smart priced and eventually banned.

Small sites with only a few visits and high CTR are often set up by people that take part in "you click my ads and I click yours" groups.
They don't put much effort in making the site SEO optimized either. They are most likely just keyword stuffing it.

AdSense looks at patterns and IP addresses.

Google is did not blind and will know if there is somethings wierd, so high CTR does not mean you will get banned but it will make google see you more often to ensure that CTR on your site valid.
