stirfryguy - we do have a few client's site. I will get permission to post one of them hopefully. Anyway, on the client's site, it is reported that they have 25 to 30% CTR as well - actually more as they also have other text link ads on the webpage.

Btw...wont we get banned from adsense for such a high ctr?

 

Wont that high ctr just send RED flags to google? Reg ctr is around 5%. Also, I thought you are not allowed to post ctr screenshots. Isnt it against google tos?

logylaps - do you still see the ctr screenshots? I think DP admin already help me to remove it. I provide the screenshot as I see the same kind of screenshot in all the other marketing website.


As for high CTR - as long as your traffic is real, there is no reason to get banned for high ctr. I run very tight niche sites for a small user base (such as Water Filter in Malaysia) and most sites get much higher than 5% ctr. But if you use traffic from AdBrite or Pop-under (2M impression for $5 kind of scheme), be careful as I have not get any good memory about them. It is advisable to switch off AdSense for a few pages to test traffic from unknown source.
