Not sure what you mean. Are you advertising site and earning from adsense. If so you have to make sure advertisers do not show your site on paid to sites or traffic exchanges.

If your site is just showing adsense ads and making money with high Ctr and your not doing anything wrong then great your doing a good job.

it can be ok, it depends on your site, if it's not really interesting, just for adsense, then it might be a problem. But otherwise it's fine.

As long as you comply with the TOS and all the traffic is real, then there is nothing to worry about.

oh you are talking about you are having a hight CTR site and your traffic mostly will be from Adwords right? this case isn't it "Adwords Arbitage". It's against google TOS but you still can do it with care. I'm not really sure how to but the answer is in DP forum here anyway. just search a bit.

Yes Harsha, the arbitrage model is now not tolerated by Google anymore. You will get your adsense account banned now..

Your statement is a load of crap. Only if most of the visitors come from adwords it can be considered as arbitrage. Meaning you don't get any or a very low amount of visitors from organic search engines or referral web sites.

I have done this before and about 50% of my traffic was from adwords and I still have my account. You do have to watch out if most of your visitors are from adwords.
