High CTR but not getting good money

    i get about 300 page views daily and getting about 30 clicks which is about 10% CTR, is this ratio normal and i am not getting good value for my clicks, how do I work it up to get better value for my clicks ,please help.

    What's your website about?

    A website about credit cards is going to do a lot better than a web site about Celebrities.

    10% is a good CTR. After for the price of each click, it depends on your niche, and other things I guess. Don't be worried too much.
