    Hey everyone.

My site experiences high CTR every sunday. Today, the CTR is 1.7% (it's high for me) and about 300 clicks. However, I only made average 3 cents per click. My niche is SHEET MUSIC. Any suggestions?

music ads don't pay much. You can either increase your site's traffic to get more clicks, or play with your banner placement and colors and see if your CTR increases.

Yes, music-genre may not pay that high, esp advertisers wanting to sell CDs are turned-off by the proliferation of MP3s nowadays.

Expand you mind....people who like shet music are probably middle aged people and need money for a home or family. Put a link to a loan site and watch the money pour in!

I would consider supplementary and complementary ads.

Often, you are stuck with the ads Google decides. Look at the advertisers and see if they are sites you want visitors to see. If not, consider using another ad network.

    There are LOADS out there.

Key words are like the stock market...They inflate and deflate in value...thus, certain key words may put food on the tables certain days, while other days they fail to make you any money! Just play around by targetting different keywords....You're sure to find a winning phrase!
