High CTR, but low payment.

I have several websites with adsense on it. Some have hight CTR and some low (like forums).

My average CTR is around 20%, but the average payout is 0.07 cent a click.

How can I get this higher without messing with my content?

edit - titel should be high instead of hight

The way to get higher pay per click is to get a higher rating with google afaik. I'm not surprised you get a high ctr with the placement of those images at the bottom. Pure genious, textbook example of image placement above ads! :)

Your ads are not optimized for high paying terms but rather for poor niche markets. In essense, the more competitive the term, the more you make per click because advertisers end in a bid-war over those terms. Try to optimize your pages with those high paying terms and you'll see a boost in your payouts.

afaik means as far as i know lol

    lol @ afaik,

I did a search on this forum and found a tool for high paying terms, now I see that they are not high paying.
How can I really know what are high paying terms?

There are threads all over the place about high paying terms, but it seems like the payment of a term can change very easily. Do a search on the internet for 'free keywords' or something and you'll get lots of ideas!
