High CPM Rates

    I used work with duggiads, they were good enough. But their counter stopped.
    Now I'm trying find best cpm, what do you offer?

    I have 55-60k visit per day. (60%USA)(55%Organic,30%Social Media)

    what are my requirements:

    minimum cpm rate $0.10+
    min. 70-80% fill rate
    maximum NET30 payment
    payoneer (or paypal)
    728x90, 300x250, 160x600 and popup
