    - Insurance site or one with a good avg CPC
    - blog based
    - Wordpress
    - aged domain at least 1 year old
    - Adsense approved and running - does not have to be earning just not banned
    - organic search (search engine traffic) at 90%
    - 250+ daily visitors from organic search engines

    Please send proof of all the above ^^
