Site offers an easy, topical entrypoint into a large number of low-to-moderate competition, high CPC longtail keyword markets. I'm only selling it as I need the money... sporadic income has remained even though the site hasn't been updated in over a year.

It was promoted a bit 1+ years ago through directory submissions, forum postings and I believe social bookmarking. At one time there were a few PR 2 pages on the site, but I think that time has passed.
