you mean if the advertiser pays a lot for the keyword, will the publisher always earn a lot for the click? if you believe that google always takes the same fixed percentage, then yes. if the keyword shows up on an adsense account that has poor conversion ratios(aka smart priced), then no, because the advertiser cpc should be less to begin with.
Sorry, but your question doesn't make a lot of sense. CPC stands for cost per click, which mean how much the advertiser pays per click that leads to his site, or when looking at it from a publisher perspective, how much you get paid per user that clicks an ad. CTR stands for ClickTrough Rate, which is the percentage of people viewing your ads that actually click the ad. To answer your question "If the CPC is high and the user clicked it....is the adsense earnings also high?"... If your CPC is high you will earn a high earnings per click yes, but if you're actually making much money depends on how much clicks you get (a high CPC isn't worth much at all if you only get a few clicks per day). You can try to get more clicks in two ways: - Get more visitors to your site - Or, try to get a higher CTR, which you can do by a better placement of your ads or blending them better with your site. Hope that helped.
