I have been doing SEO services for companies successfully for awhile now, but here's the problem, I started under some VERY big companies and have since then always worked for big companies and big keywords. Big business niches like insurance for example. The problem here is that these companies I have worked with have strict Non Disclosure Agreements they have made me sign and Non-Competes. So I can no longer work in some of these big niches like "Car Insurance" for example and I also can't show any proof of my SEO abilities to future clients. That's where you come in. I need a few select clients (Probably just two or three) to work with who already have good, high value sites, in REALLY competitive niches. Niches like "Dog Training", "make money online", "Acne Treatment", "Free Games" etc. You need to already have a good quality site with some age, good design, and useful content. No spammy sites that were created a week ago. I'm looking for guys who are targeting these big keywords with useful sites but they need help with SEO in order to rank for the keywords. So what's the deal? The deal is I offer you my services, not free, but VERY cheap. I am going to offer my services at my BASE costs, which means no pay for the hours of time I put in just any base costs that I have while doing the work (paying my employees or paying for a link agreement I workout for your site). In return I will be able to use your site as proof to future clients. Why am I offering this? Well like I said, I am very good at SEO, but I have nothing to show for it. I can't prove to any future clients my past work because all of my past work is under Non-Disclosure Agreements. I also need to start working in some different niches because I have signed a lot of non-competes over the years. I want some work that I can use to show case my SEO. So you will be allowing me to use your site and keywords as a case study and proof that I can show future clients. Why not just do SEO for myself? Well for one, a good site in a tough niche takes a good amount of startup money to build. It also is best if the site has been around for a few years. This is why I like working with clients instead of building my own sites because I can find clients who have already been in these niches for a few years and just need help on the seo side of things, then we can both prosper and it cuts out my development time. Also I do build sites and do SEO for myself, but I have learned it's important to not have all your eggs in one basket so I like to have clients as well as my own sites.
