I have a popular site, my google ads works nice in the past 1 month, but now .. as i got more visitors came to the site, the earnings is lower instead of higher ... this is the screencaps: 548 clicks but only $3.43 ??? wtf .. it's really frustating to know that high clicks but got only low earnings ... some people said i got smart pricing .. how can i resolve it ? Thanks
google realise you are starting to do well and dont want you to earn their money, so they give you poor paying ads and save the better ones for their own searchs.
What's your site niche about? Maybe your site has less/no content (like image hosting sites). Add quality content with some good keywords, it'll increase.
I agree with Nitro, Google Finally realized your site is valuable so they are doing 1 of 2 things [1] "they give you poor paying ads and save the better ones for their own searchs" Nitro [2] Giving you Great Paying ads and Keeping the Majority of the Rev. my site has a very nice contents, the niche is "friendster layouts" .. the earning seems like bellow 0.01/click ... very very low ... and the traffic .. i got 6000 uv/day ...
With that many visitors you should try some affiliate programs. They would pay you much more for converting traffic. It's just a matter of finding the right product for your users.
As said by Winagain one must to not rely on Adsense alone , also find some affiliates and start promoting them and you will earn a lot more than what you are earning from adsense.
Yeah,you should try other affiliate program, maybe ,adsense is not the best choice for you ,you can try put other ADs on your sites.
Nobody can make an honest good judgement on this problem you have until you mention the url. If you don't want to show it in public, then you should ask someone who seems to know the most about "ADSENSE OPTIMIZATION", and then maybe they can take a look at your site and see how to bring that up. There are fast and easy ways to make the click value go up.
