i am facing a very high bounce rate at this site: http://www.lahealthandrejuvenation.com/ The Bounce rate is from 70 % to 90& per day and the traffic average per day is 100 to 135 visitors. Can any one suggest me how to decrease the bounce rate as i have tried to decrease it by improving content and other stuff but still i am facing a high bounce rate. the first thought that crossed my mind was "unh oh.. so much content!" i think you must consider sweeping away extra content, make the page a bit short in length and use more graphics n color.. add some life to your website.. i really don't like black themed websites... white infact is the best ... also check your traffic sources... are you getting visitors from where you would like to get?
for higher Bounce Rate their are so many reasons like poor headline or title. website look horrible at first glance bad content. bed Link Navigation / Site Structure / Design etc
Maybe the traffic you're getting is not segmented enough to stay in your site. Try using very specific keywords to get a better retention rate...
Like others have stated above, there are many factors that can lead to a high Bounce Rate. I do not agree with removing content from your site. I would rather see you create more Landing Pages and use unique content on each one of those pages. Shorten your form down. Get the basic needs and you can do the rest of the work. Your landing pages need to have a strong Title/Headline, content needs to be unique to what you are selling and/or the specific keyword you are going for. The content also needs to tell the readers why they should come to you. What do you have that other don't. If you want to PM me, we can go over your site and ppc and analytics.
Hello, As per search engine terms that you can maintain your targeted keyword density in content of your website, so that irrelevant search will go down. As per view that use proper title tag, meta description, meta keywords with targeted key phrases.
You need to make your Logo have less content(the red text). Make it bigger and jump out first. Keep the rest of the content.
I rather like the look of the site. However, I don't like that I try to click a link in the left nav menu and end up going nowhere. So, you will see my visit as a bounce even though I was interested enough to try to go beyond the first page - just could not find out how to do it.
Where's your traffic coming from? Usually a high bounce rate means very un-targetted traffic. If your traffic is mostly organic, then your bounce rate is usaully lower. Perhaps work on boosting your organic traffic, and your bounce rate in turn will lower.
There is no focus to the page. When I land on it I am presented with way too many options, so I just bail and go somewhere else. The problem is not the content, but how you have it organized. Use one or two big, clear headlines and cut down on the number of links on that page. What do you want the user to do when they get there? Whatever that is should be front and center with as few other distractions as possible.

Make your keyword equal with your theme and conten, and get traffic from target customer, then the bounce rate will down!
