There is plenty of "lists" you can chase but why bother? You won't rank for them, you need to sort the low competition terms with good search volume plus pay high.

The top paying lists everyone publishes are pretty worthless, they only do it to get high paying ads on the page that the list is on.

 

why not use adwords to find them ? they offer pretty decent results .

there are many high paying keywords but most important is your content ,how you write.. i had few $10-15 keywords before about finding doctors .. but these days i never get those ads.. bad for me.

 

While you're at it, I'd like a site about attorneys, and another about eye care.
