Check out this image : Someone is hiding his ads inside a frame.

You can see the "Ads by Google" cut. Almost without notice you can feel that there are just normal links.

Why Google is not taking those people down??

    I don't get it ...

    Do you ?

    Files attached.

    Guy.

It IS against TOS to hide any portion of the ad (whether by altering the script or any other means), however I agree that this is probably not intentional since if he were truly out to hide it, you'd think he could have done a better job at it :)

I don't agree. You and I knows it's Google because we work with it all the time. The average user will not see the difference.

Which don't you agree with? That it's not against TOS or that it's probably not intentional? Or both :)

Not sure how vigorously they enforce it, but technically it is against TOS/Policy because by hiding the Ads by Google (especially) a visitor not "tuned in" to the format may be confused more easily by the ad.

About the intentional vs unintentional...anyone's guess. I figured not because he would have done it completely rather than just a portion. Doesn't excuse it, though.
