For $25 you can get the proxies sent to you in .txt format.

I doubt you'd get it cheaper from someone who codes a scraper.

 

I already have that mail listing from hidemyass but i want to make scraper online.

 

i don't see the point if you already receive the txt, but if you really want a scraper send me a PM with more details (what to scrape, from where - first page or all pages)

hello friend, not for a long time ago, i already try scrap this proxy - but, the data that we scrape will be different from the real page on the page, you may try it..
now i subscribe their proxy, and recompile their .txt data to db for my personal proxy (i work as data scraper)..

 

I can make scraper for that site in php..
