    I would value it at $25 max... it's undeveloped and I think it's only good for proxies.. and mostly proxy owners don't want to spend money on domains.. they mostly reg themselves, for 1$ (.info's)

    So or develop it, and sell it for more money.. or sell it like this, and get reg fee or 25$ max ;)
