for me it's proxy server, but i can't access some high security site with proxies

i think SOCKS 4/5 Proxy is best method

yep best way to go is download tor with the privoxy & tor button extension. I just uploaded a sample script to a project website of mine so temporarily you can use a proxy script on my site at www.dicksenders.com/proxy/upload

(like I said I was just testing the script so ignore the sub directories lol)

I have check Firefox ad-dons but its disable by an administrator.

Depending on your country, IP address, some forums, blogs may not allow commenting on them so you can use one us proxy to show that you are from the USA...... I just tried to give you an example.

 

I have used a software hidemyip which is available online and never found any problem with that..

There are some browser addons for Firefox that can help you hide your identity online... I don't know of any for Google Chrome, but I'm sure there are some floating around somewhere. If you don't want to trust browser addons and extensions, then just do it the old fashioned way and use browser-based web proxies to hide your identity, although they can vastly reduce the speed of the site(s) you're visiting.
