    go to this site below

    http://www.1stestateagents.co.uk/

click on any of the links under the heading "Resources" and it will pop up a new browser window just containing adsense ads

    is this OK ?

They must be making a good little bit from that if they have got some good traffic. The thing is, they may be looking at their account and be happy en all that, but they will not be so happy when they find one day that they login and their account has been deleted.

It is breaking the TOS left right and center.

Some of those pages shows AD then below that CONTENT.

    What's wrong with that?...

I agree JUST the pages with ads... is wrong.. but maybe they are updating content? Let's hope anyways for their sake!

Yep, it looks like some of the pages have content. I guess they are slowly adding the content, but you can definately see that it is one of those made for adsense sites.

Anyway, I hope them all the best.

so basically its OK to have the adsense in a pop up window so long as there is content as well as the adsense ads in the new browser window ?
