Hey guys, I have an eCommerce store and when you check the WHOIS, it says my site is hosted on: ns1.myhostingcompany.com ns2.myhostingcompany.com I'd like to get a custom DNS, where it just says my domain instead of my hosts. Is there a way to do this cheaply or even freely? Thanks for the help!
Try to go to your domain registar control panel, click your domain that you want to use in nameservers (ns.yourdomain.tld, ns2.yourdomain.tld) and register these two nameservers and as a IP enter IPs that are behind: ns1.myhostingcompany.com ns2.myhostingcompany.com To lean the IP behind it, try to paste these two nameservers into https://myip.ms When your hosting provider change the server IP, your domains may stop resolving to the webhosting server
