"Hide" URLs on blogger posts

    that's it, i want to know how to post text links on my blogger posts instead of putting the entire URL. you know what i mean like posting find out here and that piece of text being a link to the website that i want people go to....
    any "BBcode" or similar stuff can be applicable?

    I use this code in my Posts...

    <a href="http://www.site you want to go to.com" target="_blank">Read More Here</a>

    It displays "Read More Here" and opens a New Window to the Target Site...
