Hide url with link

Can anyone help me, how can you hide a url when sending a email, like for example:

This is a test please click here to visit the url that is linked to this.

Any help appreciated.

 

Not sure about hiding, somple people may not have html enabled ...

what about using a tinyurl.com link?
