    hi experts,

i want know that there is any kind of SEO friendly technique which can place hidden text on site, but it can crawlable by spiders.

example1= i have a complete flash site and i want to put some description on it but it should be invisible for users bcoz text can destroy design's face and spider should read it for seo.

example2= imagine that i have a site that has only images not a word, means created by photoshop only, there i can put that hidden text [i know about ALT text but its not impressive].

    please help,

    regards,

There is no legit way for make your text hidden without a risk as far as I know. You may use CSS to do a trick but I have heard that Googlebots can read the and define CSS elements in the file for now.

A trick that's been happening since the dawn of the search engine crawler. And they know all the tricks.

Just stick to good old fashioned white hat practices. That way no one gets hurt.

i remember i read an article about google bomb that the text in others website with your url accepted instead of the text in your site. if it's true, you can use it like an alternative to your text , conditions you shall make many backlink to your site with different source and with the same text. if it's possible then that shows also impressiveness of onpage seo with offpage seo

agree with the others. there are no white hat ways to go around this if you want to place hidden text in your website. just stick to the regular ways unless you want the search engines to kill your website for using bad onpage seo

however, have you ever wondered why movie websites that are just full of graphics and no text make it to the top of the search engines? thats because they have great offpage seo
