Hi, First I hope this thread is right place to submit this post. Today I checked one of my competitor source code and my observation says that they have put hidden text. I just want to make sure that they have put hidden text. So plz check it and leave ur reply. The website is " drip depot dot com" Other thing is how i report spam?
i did not see anything hidden. what is exactly i miss out here? the source page view has many blanks but no hidden text seen
no doesnt look like it, unless you're referring to the negative position divs, which are just making up the menu. Its a badly written site, but nothing sinister. My advice, stop worrying about it and concentrate on your own site.
Yeah I don't think it would be considered hidden text either. They do have page elements that are initially hidden, but that is only for design purposes. All of the 'hidden' content can be viewed by clicking on the tabs or opening a menu. This kind of hidden content won't get a website penalized.
Stop worrying about what your competitors have and how to report them, take an upper hand content and traffic wise, focus only on your site, and you will rein victorious.
Sorry for replying late. DP forum is giving me problem in login. I want to say what i see as hidden text. open the source code and find "Drip Irrigation basics -which is in h1 tag. and after that there are 3 - 4 paragraph which is not visible anywhere on home page. Is it not hidden text?
its not hidden, its ajaxed under the 'guide' tab. visible for all those who click it (obviously you didnt). its perfectly fine for SE. again, stop worrying, work on your own site.
