If you have legitimate impressions & clicks then no, of course they won't ban your account.

If they are legitimate clicks and there's no fraudulent activity associated then you'll be fine.

If you have good organic traffic from Search engine + no fraud activity ( means clicking yourself or asking others to click on your adds ) then there is no need to worry .

First , you should use adsense according to the policies of Google , means Adsense ads placement must be good . But if you have placed adsense ads acc to the Google policies and its not encouraging accident clicks , then its not a issue . Even i have seen 25% CTR on my sites , it depends on Niche also . Sometimes the niche is so good that we see very relevant ads on our sites and result in good clicks :)

but i will recommend you to check your site carefully and match with the policies of Google .

CTR is not a problem if the clicks are genuine. I get 11 to 14% CTR on one of my websites for months and it's all going well.

    What about your site?
Are you updating with new and quality contents?
If the answer is Yes, then why you afraid the ban?? In my view your site and adsense are good.

Google won't penalize you unless they are fraud clicks mostly originating from the same geographic region.
Also make sure no-one is click bombing your site. Good luck.
