Hi Where would I find a person who can do everything

    Hi I'm new here.
    I need one person who can manage my websites? How and where would I locate such person.
    They need to know some scripting, HTMP, PHP wordpress and aweber.

    I need real light design mostly content management.
    How would i advertise for one person to do all that
    and what would that person be called if i was to place an
    ad god knows where
    any help really appreciated
