Hi... what does 'post to post' mean

Hi I am Chris,


I saw this:


You must have been a member for 14 days, not have an overall red reputation and have 25 total posts to post in the Buy, Sell or Trade area or the Politics & Religion forum.
It can take up to an hour for your new permissions to be active.


I have been a Member for more then 14 days and made more then 25 post in the buy, sell and trade section but I cannot post there.

Now my question is what does post to post mean.

You have read it wrongly Chris

It should be read as ".........and have 25 total posts, to post in the Buy, Sell or Trade area......."
