    I think introduction section is the best place to introduce yourself.

    Anyways,
    Your request to know about SEO seems quite general and I think it can go endless.

    But if you are quite new in the field of SEO than better you warm-up yourself with basics of SEO from external websites. (There are many, just Google it).

    daily? if you mean daily after you do the toher, such as basic SEO, so the daily routine is to get backlink, and update a good seo article
