I dont think this is the most appropriate section for this thread. But this kind of sites dont cost a lot. Yesterday i saw a guy selling the script of bux.to for just 7$. Hosting and domain and little scripiting you can do it yourself for 50$.
go to buy/sell/trade section when you reach requirements. otherwise stay patient or go to freelancer sites.
