    Awesome look & feel. Specially I like Flash Banner. But surprisingly your Meta Title Tag contains 181 characters! Please reduce. There is a scope to add more description on your Meta Description Tag.

    The overall impression about the site is absolutely positive, but I'd change the font type in the logo, namely in "social traffic" part

    Looks nice, good color combination. But it takes ages to load all graphics. A little optimization wouldn't be a bad idea. I like the chat service right there. Very effective. Do you know of one I can get to connect to Gtalk, anyone?

    Consider minifying the HTML code. You might consider using W3 Total Cache plugin or WP Super Cache. The images should be compressed. Use the WP Smush.it plugin to do that automatically (there is a bulk smush.it feature for images already uploaded). Overall, looks like a well coded theme and nice design.
